With nearly two decades in recruitment, Jamie has spent his career at the intersection of Data, Analytics, and AI, working on the front line of emerging technology and helping teams grow through talent that truly fits.
Having seen both what great partnerships look like and where the industry too often falls short, he founded senzo to raise the bar.
